Ivaylo Moskovski became the executive director of BBR

The long-time head of the "Finance" department in the bank, Dimitar Mitev will join the supervisory body, and the former vice president for operational activity and member of the Board of the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development, Ivaylo Moskovski, will become part of the operational management of BBR /Bulgarian Development Bank/ as a member of the Management Board and executive director. This was announced by the BBR on its website, reported burgas24.bg.

Mitev is a proven expert with 32 years of experience in the banking sector. Master of Finance from UNSS, with numerous additional qualifications. He holds a CFA degree – certified financial analyst. He has been working at the Bulgarian Development Bank since 2011, having successively headed the "Planning, Analysis and Regulations" and "Compliance" departments. and "Finance“. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Guarantee Fund, part of the BBR Group.

Ivaylo Moskovski graduated in public finance at UNSS and financial management at the Academy of Economics "D. Price“ in Svishtov.

For 4 years, he participated in the management of the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development with headquarters in Thessaloniki. As Vice President – operational activity with the Risk department leads projects on the implementation and monitoring of risk policies, is also responsible for the bank's ESG policy.

He was also a national representative in the 42nd and 44th NA, a member of the committees on transport and energy. In 2009-2011, he was the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, leading the Managing Authority of the "Transport" Operational Program. (2007-2013) and is the Bulgarian representative in the TRACECA initiative.
