Repair of more than 62 of the third-class road III-305 Pleven - Sadovets - Dermantsi - Laying. The route will take over the traffic when traffic is launched along the new section of the “Hemus“ AM. between Boaz and the "Dermantsi" road junction. By the beginning of 2025, the 15-kilometer section of the highway - from Boaza to the intersection with road III-307 Lukovit - Ugarchin, including p. c. “Dermantsi“, to be completed and put into operation. This will lead to an increase in traffic on road III-305 in the direction of the town of Pleven, through the village of Dermantsi, as well as to Lovech via Ugarchin on road III-307. In this regard, the “Road Infrastructure” Agency undertakes the repair of over 62 km of third-class road III-305. Of them, 25 km are on the territory of the Pleven district in the Krushovitsa section – Sadovets /km 0+000 to km 25+000/, and 37.2 km are in Lovech district – in the section Uglen - Dermantsi - Toros - Glozhene /from km 25+000 to km 62+281/. The project envisages the repair of the route and its dimensioning for heavy and very heavy traffic.
The repair of road III-305 (І-3) - Krushovitsa - Sadovets - Dermantsi will ensure the passage of heavy goods traffic near Pleven until the construction of the connection between AM “Hemus“ and road I-5 Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo. On the third-class section and on the first-class road I-3, all heavy-duty traffic will pass until the construction of the new route of AM “Hemus“ from Boaza to the connection with the road Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo. In order not to hinder traffic in the city of Pleven, it is planned to restrict the movement of heavy-duty trucks in the section of the "Dermantsi" road junction. to the second-class road II-35 Pleven – Lovech. The goal is to reduce the conditions for road accidents, increase and complicate traffic in the city of Pleven.
The repair of road III-305 will be carried out without stopping the traffic, and the cars will pass in the lane where construction and installation activities are not carried out. Drivers are required to use caution and appropriate speed as they pass through a construction site. They are planned to be completed by April 2025. The construction activities will be carried out under the program for ongoing repair and maintenance of the republican road network and have been assigned to the road maintenance companies in the Pleven and Lovech regions, with which the API has contracts under the PPA.
