This was stated in the studio of “Day Live” according to NOVA NEWS, the candidate-deputy from GERB-SDS Georg Georgiev. He is fighting for the trust of voters in 14 MIR Pernik.
When asked if it was possible for the party leader Boyko Borisov to receive a new prime ministerial mandate, Georgiev answered: “Every developed democracy decrees that the leader of the party that won the elections is nominated for prime minister”. According to his words, in recent years Borisov has compromised with this rule in order to have a consensus with the other political forces.
The deputy candidate from GERB-SDS commented on PP-DB's wish that the next prime minister of the country be equally distant from all formations. “Colleagues are absolutely confused in their attempts to justify why they will not support us and would once again push the state into crisis,”, believes Georgiev. According to him, the Prime Minister is not an employee to be appointed and dismissed. “Whatever this person is, the moment he does not respond to one of their whims, and their passions are sometimes quite low, he will be called someone's man,”, noted the politician.
