The MEP from “Revival“ Stanislav Stoyanov will head the newest European political party “Europe of Sovereign Nations”.
This became clear at a joint press conference of the chairman of "Vazrazhdane" - Kostadin Kostadinov, René Aust - chairman of the newest group in the European Parliament - "Europe of sovereign nations", and MEPs Stanislav Stoyanov and Rada Laikova.

"Our project has a long-term perspective. Our ambition is to grow, to attract other members to the organization and to become the first political forces in our countries. One of the main points in our work together is that we work as partners and are equal in the endeavour. I want to express my full support for Mr. Stoyanov as the future president of the “Europe of sovereign nations”. I am confident that our project will grow. I wish “Revival“ great success in the upcoming elections, I am confident that you will achieve it and surprise everyone.”, Rene Aust said during the press conference, part of his visit to Sofia.
According to Kostadinov, it is quite logical that “Revival” gets the chairmanship. He stated that "Revival" and "Alternative to Germany" have the most representatives in the new parliamentary group, where they work as partners, and the election of Stanislav Stoyanov as chairman will consolidate each one of them even better.
Apart from Bulgaria and Germany, in the new European political party “Europe of Sovereign Nations” there are also representatives of France, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, negotiations are underway for expansion.
Stanislav Stoyanov specified that the election of the party's leadership will be a fact within a few weeks, and Rene Aust added:
“It is a project of the mind. The key to it is that each nation can protect its sovereign interests, but where there are common – let's work together.“
He also expressed confidence in the success of “Revival” in the elections on October 27.
"Revival" is number 12 on the ballot!
