5 months suspended with a 3-year probationary period. This is the sentence received by the police officer Hristo Petrov, who also works as a security guard for the “Delta Guard”.
On July morning this year, he attacked and broke the jaw of a student in an establishment near Sozopol, Nova recalls. The versions about the beating of Hristo Petrov and the injured Vladimir Radev differ.
According to the 19-year-old student, he was beaten because he tried to save his friend who was slapped by the police security guard. However, the ex-policeman claims otherwise - that Vladimir and his company fooled with him and the beaten young man urinated on the security guard's pizza.
However, the consequences are clear – 19-year-old Vladimir Radev has a broken jaw and multiple fractures in his face.
"I was shocked to say the least by what my lawyers told me. There are almost no consequences for paint, which left me in a severe mental and physical state," commented the student.
He shared that he does not expect compensation for his suffering, and to this day he has prejudices standing close to a stranger.
The perpetrator was sentenced after reaching an agreement with the Prosecutor's Office.
