The video surveillance of the election process, as every year, shows violations and curiosities. For example, in the city of Belitsa, a member of a sectional committee votes instead of voters. In front of her colleagues, without much ado, she fills out blank ballots and distributes them to two parties. Again, in Belitsa, invalid ballots turned into actual votes in minutes, and in the village of Kraishte, machine ballots were stamped while they were being counted. The cases are described in detail by BNT
On the video surveillance in section 010200004 in Belitsa, one can see how in front of all the other members of the commission, the woman fills out blank ballots, marking the numbers 8 and 18 - these are, respectively, "DPS - New beginning" and GERD-SDS
After completion, the ballots are distributed in the two bowls for the respective parties. According to BNT, the woman who fills out the ballots is from the quota of "DPS - New beginning".
In the famous Pleven village of Bukovlak, the bills do not come out with two ballots when counting, but a member of the commission has a quick solution.
"Write them as they should be published, no one will open them there," says a woman.
"Ah, no, no", a man's voice is heard.
Despite desire, the count starts over. In the same village, but in the other section, they are looking for a member of the commission who left, and without him the election day cannot end.
"Hello, little one, where did you run? You have to come back to sign the report because we can't issue anything...Come back,' a man calls out.
"Well, man! There's nothing to fix! I'm not going to stay here until one o'clock because of you," says a woman in response. The recording of one of the sections in Berkovitsa failed, but the counting started with a photo.
Difficulty in counting was also in the village of Medkovets. There, the commission counted the ballots several times in order to get their account. However, today the bags were open again, as in the transmitted protocol they wrote a total between paper and machine voting.
