On the occasion of the National Alarm Clock Day, a solemn ceremony will be held in front of the presidency building the national flag, BNT reported.
The head of state will accept the formation of the National Guard unit. After the ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall of “Dondukov" 2, the head of state will deliver a greeting for the Day of People's Awakeners.
The ceremony will be attended by representatives of cultural and scientific institutions, universities and schools, creative unions. Representatives of state institutions are also invited.
There will be celebrations all over the country.
