The behavior of politicians after the elections follows a strict logic laid down in the election campaign. The logic is determined by their personal interests, especially those of their leaders. I divide the interests into two types - interests related to the fears of the leaders, refers to Borisov and GERB. The problem has to do with the allocation of regulators and the role of the Attorney General. The other political parties have partly the same motivation, but the larger percentage is about making a group that could make a government that is political a message. This is what he said about the program "Bulgaria, Europe and the world in focus" on Radio “Focus" the political psychologist prof. Antoineta Hristova.
She drew the following conclusion: "By the end of the year, we will not have a government if super compromises are not made and the Antipeevski line does not remain the only one for making decisions, as well as clarifying the problem with the prosecutor's office. >
“Yesterday Borisov proposed a quadruple coalition because there were protests outside. One of the demands of the protesters was to be separated from "DPS - New Beginning". Peaceful protests created anxiety among politicians, and therefore Borisov had a socially desirable behavior. In his hands remains the negotiation process, which can continue indefinitely. None of the things that are said officially matter. How we appease individual politicians matters. For some it is the Attorney General, for others it is how not to lose the few voters who have returned to us. For a third, how to satisfy people who have stepped on two chairs, being MPs, etc. etc. All these motives do not serve to unify principles and policies, but serve to appease individual political leaders. At the moment, Borisov has no useful move as the first political force. Right now he is in a period of pounding the ball, he will be pounding it for a long time. For him, the beneficial move will probably happen after the New Year. On the part of GERB, I do not expect quick actions within November and December. And January - we'll see. And whether it will be possible to make a formula outside of GERB and DPS, that is the question", noted Prof. Antoineta Hristova.
In her words, Delyan Peevski's behavior has escalated into unacceptable social forms. "It's difficult, it's not easy for Peevski, he's a fighter and let's see how far his fight will take him by all means," stressed Prof. Antoineta Hristova.
She made her prediction for today's session of the National Assembly: "If the Speaker of the National Assembly is elected today, the parliament will start working. The work of the parliament presupposes the filling of certain quotas and the election of certain judges, which balances the various places - the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, etc. will change. This will enable certain actions that will create tension in certain leaders. I am not convinced that the leaders of the larger political parties have an interest in this faster election of the Speaker of the Parliament. It may not be chosen", concluded Prof. Antoineta Hristova.
