"20 days we see that Borisov is in full isolation. Only his MPs support his candidacy for the Speaker of the National Assembly. It is the responsibility of the first political force to find a majority to elect the Speaker of the National Assembly,", PP-DB MP Venko Sabrutev told Bulgaria ON AIR.
He emphasized in "The Day ON AIR" that before there is an expert conversation, there must be a political one.
Sabrutev emphasized three main points of the declaration, which the PP-DB want to be signed by the other parties in the parliament and insisted that there should be justice in Bulgaria.
"One by one the changes are happening, but the anti-corruption laws must come into effect. They have been submitted, the Speaker of the Parliament must introduce them and the National Assembly must vote on them. These rules were approved by Europe. "We entered them from the PP-DB, they were gathering dust in the office, because Raya Nazaryan did not want to let them in for a vote in the plenary hall," the deputy also said.
In Sabrutev's words, thanks to the office "Denkov" we are at the door of the Eurozone, in Schengen by air and water, soon by land, and there is also a double increase in wages and pensions.
The declaration remains key for PP-DB
According to Sabrutev, the key question is whether Borisov is ready to sign the PP-DB declaration.
"We invited them to a meeting, they didn't come and decided to make a circus. If Borisov wants to talk to us, our declaration is on his desk. I'm sure he won't sign it. They are not our demands, they are the people's demands. They want whoever steals to be in jail. We will not receive a second tranche under PVU because of GERB. If Borisov does not sign, he clearly says that he is "for" corruption and "for" that there is no legal order in Bulgaria", Sabrutev pointed out.
The People's Representative noted that PP-DB and "Vazrazhdane" are diametrically different and it is absurd for them to negotiate common management.
Taxes, household electricity and the "Botash" case
"We will not support raising taxes and insurance. Investors are running away from corruption," Sabrutev also pointed out.
The deputy is of the opinion that a mechanism should be created to protect household consumers when the household electricity market is liberalized.
Today Venko Sabrutev testified in the "Botash" case.
" Such colossal thefts should not be allowed in Bulgaria. Bulgaria cannot afford to pay what has been undertaken as a commitment by "Bulgargaz" to "Botash", he was categorical.
