"Have there been any pre-trial proceedings or inspections of those video materials that we are all witnessing? On the basis of these video materials, is there a reason to seek criminal responsibility from persons who we see making corrections to the election ballots, that is, contributing to the distortion of the vote?"
"There is nothing special about a state body such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs exercising its powers by law. If someone approves what was achieved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs under my leadership in connection with the elections, it means that the Ministry of Internal Affairs succeeded in fulfilling its obligations. Why didn't the same thing happen during the time of Kalin Stoyanov, or now under Atanas Ilkov? Everyone can conclude that they are not exercising their powers as prescribed in the law and in this way are doing a political favor to one party or another," said Boyko Rashkov and continued:
"After Kalin Stoyanov appeared as a candidate for MP from DPS – NN, he has tolerated the actions of this political formation, as well as Ilkov, who is also reported to have led the ministry in order to facilitate what happened during the elections and which led to numerous appeals to the Constitutional Court."
Peevski hastens the end of his political career by behaving in this rude manner, Boyko Rashkov expressed his opinion regarding the aggressive behavior of the DPS leader – NN to the head of state. Peevski began speaking as Borisov's lawyer and intervened in the case with his 24-hour arrest. Otherwise, they are not close at the moment, so they say. It was no accident that Peevski began criticizing, to put it mildly, Kiril Petkov for having arrested Borisov."
"I don't have any records of Kiril Petkov," declared Rashkov. According to him, this is "an invention of Peevski and others around him".
