„Fake elections gave birth to a fake parliament, and it can only give birth to a fake government. We don't need that. Therefore, I support the full cassation of the elections and as a deputy of the 50th National Assembly I signed the request to the Constitutional Court, together with 58 other people's representatives.
This was stated by the political scientist and independent deputy in the 50th parliament, Kaloyan Metodiev, in the program “Delnitsi” of Eurocom.
„The fish always smells from the head”, said Kaloyan Metodiev in the conversation about politics and the aggression we see on the streets, in the malls. According to him, a politician must create a model of behavior. He gave an example of countries that have built such successful models as Canada, Singapore, in which politeness and manners are put first. “When this system of human relations works, the others are arranged as well - economy, security, health care, intolerance to corruption. This has been released in Bulgaria, and the parliament we are watching now generates the biggest hash language possible, commented the political scientist and turned to the viewers: I think like the majority of you as epithets for this parliament. There has never been such a bottom in the Bulgarian parliament.
„This party system is exhausted – this is its finale as productivity, as an opportunity to give birth to something useful for society. And politics must create some product – the current political elite has shown that it cannot do it, the question is who will take the corpse of this party system off the stage”, Kaloyan Metodiev pointed out in his comment and added:
„The political elite and the party system, complete with all the powers - presidential and parliamentary, must go, because it has been proven that this is not a cat that catches mice. The Bulgarian people need calmness, speed, to catch up with other European countries, economic development with production, jobs, an end to corrupt practices in health care, social programs to run”.
When asked about the parliamentary group of the "BSP-United Left", the political scientist pointed out that it is the most right-wing group in this parliament, from the point of view of its profile. “There is no other PG with such a heavy business profile – with representatives of large employers, large capital, of the largest private owners. Somewhere along the route, the connection between calling themselves a left-wing, socialist party and their profile is broken. If someone can, please explain to me the connection between this BSP that we are observing at the moment, related to GERB and Peevski's DPS and the left, the socialist“, Kaloyan Metodiev also said.
„Time does not work for Borisov, He is busy. For the 7th time, he won elections already with average results, with low voter turnout, but he has blocked the system, refuses to accept reality. He thought that he would come back on a white horse, that he would make the “Adenauer“ – it won't work", the political scientist stated in his analysis of the political picture today and recalled:
„It was no accident that I said that during his 3 administrations, Bulgaria ranked last in a number of important indicators in the EU. It guaranteed some stability, but it was a false stability – of stagnation, of the highest mortality and lowest life expectancy. And these are the strongest indicators of the quality of life of a society“,
On what is happening in the parliament: “We are witnessing behind-the-scenes pressure, the peak of the travesty was breaks every 15 minutes, they left for some rooms, it is obviously about agreements and arranging the office. It is no coincidence that Zafirov, the infamous chairman of the BSP, in his speech yesterday raised the question of who will be the interior minister. We elect a speaker of parliament, he speaks of an interior minister. These people are not talking about stabilizing the country, electing a president and starting a legislative program, having a budget, doing something for the people. The idea is who will have the Minister of the Interior, so that he can make umbrellas over the buying of votes and the elections are stolen. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has been turned into some kind of umbrella, Zafirov said it to himself today – who will be your Minister of the Interior and we will vote for you”, commented Kaloyan Metodiev in the Eurocom studio.
And in the conversation about the election, he added: “We should vote for real things, for people who have proven that they can lead us both in the economy first and in social policy, for people who respect each other the promises. Having said: I will do 1, 2, 3 – enters the parliament and does 1, 2, 3. There is no point in sloganeering. Because this situation will give birth to an even more radical campaign next time, more radical movements. We have to think with our heads and based on experience“.
When asked about the new project, which Cornelia Ninova hinted at, Kaloyan Metodiev said: “We are talking, considering ideas, when we are ready she will announce it”.
When asked about a possible new project of the president, Rumen Radev's former chief of staff answered: “I see that it is being discussed intensively in the media. If he does something, he will do it through certain mayors in the country like infrastructure. Because I saw that on the visit to Asia, he had taken mayors with him in the delegation. Although, in this situation, the mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, should not have been there. "Sofia is boiling with these beatings," Kaloyan Metodiev pointed out.
„Aggression and violence in public places is getting out of control”, Kaloyan Metodiev, who has been writing articles on the subject for years and as an MP, prepared a question for the Minister of the Interior about violence in malls, said in the conversation about the worrying public topic today.

„We have an escalating social problem with aggression. Bullies create role models, attract new people to their gangs, bully good students, show disrespect to adults. For the last few days, social networks and media have been flooded with cases of violence in malls and on the streets. Football gangs taunted children and stripped them in a shop in Lyulin. The footage is on all televisions. The gangs are wearing black hooded tracksuits, shaved heads… It's a type. And these gangs did not fall from the sky”, the political scientist pointed out.
In his words, unfortunately, the media and the public have exploded after there are innocent people in hospitals again. “Yesterday, the whole country poured out in front of the malls - but this is a fire, palliative measure. By stopping these gangs now, thus – will they disappear No“, responded Metodiev.
He was categorical: “This is a political issue of the highest degree. A matter of leadership and tough measures, including increasing sanctions and punishments, constant prevention, policing the places where these gangs form and operate, reducing the evening hours until dark – teenagers can't stay up all night in the streets, the introduction of uniforms or at least a dress code in schools, disbanding the football hooligans who are a major part of these bullying groups. A few months ago, the Mitsotakis government in Greece disbanded them after violence and killings. We need a firm approach to crime," Kaloyan Metodiev pointed out.
He added one more necessary measure - isolation and no voice for all political formations and leaders who demonstrate filth, cynicism, violence, bigotry, aggression and have criminally proven MPs, municipal councilors, mayors.
