„Until now, the disease of Bulgaria was the conversion of power into money – corruption. And today we observe another phenomenon – turning money into power – this is called oligarchy. There is a new phase of the disease and therefore the call for a sanitary cordon around Peevski is a call for a national front. But the essence of the national front is that people like you don't come to it.“
This is what the sociologist Andrey Raichev said on bTV about the vicious cycle of electing a president and creating a working government in our country.
There is time until the next meeting on Wednesday and the question arises as to what can be changed by then and who should step down.
„They should choose the lesser evil, because at the moment they have put themselves in exactly such a situation,” said political analyst Georgi Harizanov.
In his words, the implication of “There is such a people”, that with the election of the Speaker of the National Assembly, the next Prime Minister is also elected, is wrong.
„After ITN openly says that the next prime minister is being elected, it is quite normal that the majority of the people's representatives do not recognize the figure of Mr. Silvi Kirilov as the next prime minister, for a number of reasons. This made the election of Mr. Kirilov impossible”, he explained.
And Andrey Raichev stated that the only way out of this situation is to put an end to the hesitations of the liberals:
„Blue must choose with “Revival“ against Peevski, or with Peevski against “Revival” – this is a very serious dilemma. He must choose his enemy. They don't want to realize this, they don't want both, that is, they don't want reality. They don't want to live in such a world.
In his words, if the goal is to make a kind of “union against evil”, this is done with real negotiations and concessions.
Raichev also pointed out that the liberals always have a classic enemy, which in the past years took a different form - communism, the police or Russia.
