The signatures of the declaration of “sanitary cordon” of “BSP – United Left” were not presented seconds before the run-off vote for Speaker of the National Assembly on Thursday. That is why we did not support Assoc. Kiselova. The declaration is not with us, but with the representatives of “BSP– United Left”. They keep it with them signed. Here the question arises whether the support of the declaration was deliberately not shown. With whom was this decision of the coalition agreed? This was commented by the MP from PP-DB Lena Borislavova on the air of the program “Tvoyat den” on NOVA NEWS.
„Borisov said that he forbade the BSP to sign the declaration on the sanitary cordon. He said it word for word. They succumb to this pressure. And this says that until the last “BSP – United Left” they did not want to confirm that they had signed, so as not to lose Borisov's support. The question arises of what is in exchange for this support”, Borislavova said.
„ There is no contract for Silvi Kirilov at this moment, but through calls by Peevski and Borisov to one party or another, the mood is changing,” she also pointed out.
Borislavova stressed that support for the Speaker of the National Assembly does not mean support for a governing majority, a cabinet and the next acting prime minister. The deputy emphasized that the PP-DB will not return the nomination of Andrey Tsekov.
Borislavova stated that while GERB-SDS refused to sign the declaration of “sanitary cordon” there can be no talks about a government.
