A round table against drunken driving is organized by "Angels on the road" ;, the association of relatives of those who died in accidents, together with the European Center for Transport Policies, reported BNT.
The non-governmental organization has been fighting for years for changes in legislation to ensure fair punishments for those responsible for road tragedies. In just one day, the police caught 49 drivers sitting behind the wheel drinking or taking drugs.
From "Angels on the Road" have requested a meeting with the newly elected Speaker of the Parliament Natalia Kiselova. In a letter to her, they again insist on adequate changes to protect citizens from dangerous behavior on the road.
