Huge clusters of trucks and cars have formed on the border with Turkey. The queue of trucks on the "Maritsa" highway today reached Svilengrad and is over 12 kilometers long.
The reason is the increased traffic before the holidays. For the last 24 hours, just over 2,800 trucks have been processed at the "Kapitan Andreevo" border checkpoint, of which about 1,500 in the direction of Turkey, Nova TV reported.
There is also a cluster of cars at the checkpoint. They are in four columns hundreds of meters before the barrier. The wait takes more than an hour, even two, passers-by signaled.
From the "Border Police" and the “Customs“ Agency stated that they have no information about an extraordinary interruption in processing, the problem is due to increased traffic.
