A young woman is in a coma after crashing and hitting a tree, the police reported.
The traffic accident occurred on January 2 at around 00.16 on the road between the village of Vresovo and the village of Kamchia.
The police specify that due to driving at an inappropriate speed in conditions of dense fog and wet asphalt road surface when exiting a left turn, she crashed on her own, crashing sideways into a roadside tree.
The 21-year-old woman from the village of Lyulyakovo in the Ruen region is in a coma with a fractured pelvis. She was admitted for treatment in the Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital - Burgas. Burgas, with danger to life.
Again on the same road, but on the Karnobat - Shumen road, due to driving at an inappropriate speed in conditions of thick fog and wet asphalt pavement, a car with a Burgas registration, driven by a 19-year-old young man from the Karnobat village of Nevestino, crashed on its own, overturning off the roadway.
He has abrasions on his body, not life-threatening, he was examined and released for home treatment. His 22-year-old companion from the Sliven village of Dyadovo was also injured in the accident, who suffered a concussion and a fracture of one of his shoulder blades. He was admitted for treatment in the "Neurosurgery" ward of the "Heart and Brain" hospital, not life-threatening.
