A vote of no confidence is requested when there is a chance for a majority. We must have a real problem. The first vote of no confidence aims to divert Bulgaria from its European path. When there is a real problem, a majority can come together and solve this problem. The vote of no confidence is a healing of the system, believes Dr. Simidchiev.
