A 52-year-old man died in the capital's "Modern Suburb" district after falling from a scooter. He died on the spot, the Emergency Medical Care Center in Sofia reported.
The incident occurred after 9:00 p.m. on May 5.
The emergency team arrived at the address in 5 minutes, but only confirmed the man's death.
A series of serious scooter accidents have been registered in our country in recent days. On May 4, three such accidents involving children occurred in the capital alone. One of them suffered multiple injuries, the Emergency Department reported.
The condition of the two children - aged 13 and 14, as well as the 20-year-old woman, who were injured while riding scooters in the Silistra region at the end of last week, remains serious.
