The agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, part of the World Bank Group, is for the provision of services to improve the preparation and use of data in the Bulgarian education system at the central and school levels. The World Bank will assist Bulgaria in the more effective use of information resources in education. The activities under it will be financed through funds under the “Education“ Program.
The agreement between the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BSMEPA) under the Ministry of Innovation and Growth and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development is to provide comprehensive services for the benefit of enterprises from the Northern regions. It aims to support sustainable development and growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, their digitalization, implementation of innovations and new markets. The activities under it will be financed through funds under the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises“ Program.
During today's meeting of the Council of Ministers, a draft decision will be discussed to adopt a Report on the State of Road Safety for 2023 and on the implementation of the National Road Safety Strategy in Bulgaria.
