Significant cloudiness will be present before noon in Eastern Bulgaria, where it will still rain in some places. It will be windy with moderate and strong winds from the west-northwest. Maximum temperatures will be between 15° and 20°, in Sofia – around 15°.
Before noon in the eastern half of the Balkan Mountains, in Strandzha and Sakar, cloudiness will be significant and rain will fall in places, and in the morning hours above 2200 m – snow. The afternoon will be mostly sunny. A strong wind will blow from the west-northwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be about 9°, at 2000 m - about 3°.
On the Black Sea coast before noon it will be mostly cloudy and there will be rain. In the afternoon the precipitation will stop and the cloudiness will break up to mostly sunny weather. There will be a moderate to strong wind from the west-northwest. The maximum temperatures will be between 15° and 18°, and for sea water - 13°-16°. The sea will be about 1-2 balls.
