In the finals for our admission to the eurozone, President Rumen Radev is working like an ordinary Russian troll.
This was announced on “This Morning“ on bTV by Atanas Atanasov, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and MP from the PP-DB.
“He has been “packaged“ from the very beginning, there are people around him who work for the Russians and suggest certain moves. I know some of them by name, but I will not comment on names. It is through these channels that his “button is pushed“. The button is pressed somewhere far from Moscow and a plan is activated“, said Atanasov.
He gave the example that yesterday Rumen Radev made a “heavy suggestion“ that with the adoption of the euro, prices will increase.
“This is done in order to create public attitudes against the adoption of the euro. Which Radev should I believe – President Radev or Governor Radev“, pointed out Atanas Atanasov.
“From the highest level, the head of state comes out so blatantly and aggressively and constantly explains that Bulgarians will be robbed after entering the eurozone – this is a special operation to create public attitudes. This is an absolute basis for impeachment, but the question is whether there are enough deputies who would take such a step“, he believes.
“The next regular elections that are coming up are those for the president. We have raised an initiative so that we can search as quickly as possible for the right path to nominate a presidential candidate who looks to the West“, said Atanas Atanasov.
According to him, there should be early elections.
He stated that a new attempt would be made to listen to the Prime Minister and the heads of services in the committee in a closed session. The request is to provide all the information on where the Bulgarian services are in countering Russian espionage.
“According to the prime minister's latest order on the distribution of functions between him and the deputy prime ministers, he has reserved for himself the right to personally lead and control the services, so he has all the information“, explained Atanasov.
