The MP from "Vazrazhdane" Angel Yanchev defined the visit of the GERB leader together with the mayors of the municipalities of Veliko Tarnovo, Suhindol and Pavlikeni, which took place a few days ago to the "Al. Stamboliyski" dam, as crisis PR and extremely late.
Nine months ago, "Vazrazhdane" sounded the alarm that the Veliko Tarnovo region was threatened by a water crisis. In a series of press conferences and subsequent media publications, the MP elected from the region - Angel Yanchev, presented the solution to the looming problem.
He strongly suggested the larger dam with drinking water in the Veliko Tarnovo region to be connected to the water supply network, aware of the fact that a crisis situation is looming around the level of the "Yovkovtsi" dam.
When he made this proposal 9 months ago, the MP from “Vazrazhdane” studied the problem in detail and found its solution, since the water in the “Al Stamboliyski" dam has been tested twice and has excellent drinking qualities.
Unfortunately, the nine-month period was wasted by the Bulgarian governments and the lack of water in settlements in the region is already a fact.
In order to cover this up, the GERB leader is now walking around and taking pictures on the dam wall so that his mayors can do crisis PR and throw dust in the people's eyes that everything is fine. However, the consequences are already more than visible, and the population of Veliko Tarnovo region.
