Krum Zarkov: There are only two who can trigger elections: Borisov and Peevski - 1

I do not know the PP "Continuing Change" well enough to predict its possibilities for rethinking. This shake-up will not significantly affect political life in the country. This opinion was expressed on bTV by Krum Zarkov, quoted by novini.bg.

"This is about an opposition party, not a ruling party. What I see is a strengthening of the status quo. This parliament, as it exists, has a perspective at least until the presidential elections," he predicted.

According to Zarkov, there are only two people who can call for elections: Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski. "I don't see a single reason that would make them do it. It even seems to me that everything is going in their interest", he pointed out.
And he also said that Kiril Petkov's resignation reflects more normal understandings of bearing political responsibility than the well-known practice in Bulgaria of "blowing fuses" at low levels.

"Everything I warned about happened. I do not regret my decision to leave Radev's team. I remain respectful of him and the institution that he has represented for 9 years. "We had very clear professional relations," he further commented.

"We do not have an independent Prosecutor's Office within the meaning of the Constitution," Krum Zarkov stated.
