A strong storm, accompanied by hail, hit the town of Levski this afternoon.
According to the forecast of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, cloudiness will be significant overnight. Over Central and Eastern Bulgaria, a powerful cumulus and cumulonimbus will develop, there will be intense short-term rainfall of rain, thunderstorms and hail.
After midnight, the cloudiness will break up from the west and decrease, at the latest over the eastern regions. Tomorrow it will be mostly sunny, but in the extreme southeastern regions it will still be cloudy and in some places it will rain. There will be a moderate, temporarily strong wind from the west-northwest in the Danube Plain. Maximum temperatures will be between 27° and 32°, for Sofia - around 26°.
In the mountains before noon it will be mostly sunny, with temporary increases in cloudiness, mainly over the Rhodope Mountains, where in some places there will be short-term rain showers. A moderate, temporarily strong wind will blow from the west-northwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 22°, at 2000 meters - around 15°.
Above the Black Sea coast before noon the cloudiness will be significant and in some places, mainly along the southern coast, it will still rain. After noon the cloudiness will decrease to mostly sunny. A moderate northwest wind will blow. The maximum temperatures will be between 27° and 30°. The sea water temperature is 25°-27°. The sea waves will be 1-2 balls.
