The body of a wanted young man from Berkovitsa has been found. He had been missing since July 16. According to unofficial information, the body of the 21-year-old man was found last night in a barn near the “Hajdushki Waterfalls“, which are located near the town of Pod Kom. The lifeless body was discovered by police officers who participated in his search, bulnews reported.
At the moment, there are no visible signs of violence. The police will investigate the young man's death, which is why the body has already been removed for an autopsy, after which it will be clear what caused his death.
On Wednesday, July 16, the young man told his mother that he no longer wanted to stay with her and his sister and was going to live in Sofia.
“It was around noon. He took a backpack with a pack of cigarettes and a flashlight and left. I chased him and begged him to come back, but he categorically refused“, shares the mother.
She claims that the boy has mental problems that he unlocked after his father died.
„Then he started drinking and changed a lot. Because of his condition, he takes pills, which he has not taken with him now, and I am worried because without taking them, he becomes very nervous and aggressive“, the woman also says.
He left the house wearing gray shorts and a black T-shirt. He did not take a phone with him and the mother had no contact with him.
„My son has never been independent and I am very worried about where he is and whether he will be able to get along on his own. "I wonder if he's even still alive," his worried mother said through tears a few days ago.
The funeral will be on Sunday, at 12 noon, in the Berkovitsa cemetery park.
