Over BGN 25 million is the investment in the new and second largest retail park in Bulgaria. It is located in Dobrich and covers an area of 34 acres. The leasable commercial area is 16,000 square meters and has a parking lot for 440 cars. The green areas are 4.5 acres. It is located on the site of the former shoe factory “Dobrich“.
The construction of the park took a year and a half.
Visitors of “Dobrich Shopping Park“ have at their disposal chain stores such as Lіdl, КіК, Deісhmаnn, Ѕроrt Vіѕіоn, Оrаngе, Маt Ѕstar, LС Wаіkіkі, ТЕДі and "Xиполенд".
