The construction of closed complexes of single-family houses near the capital is developing in full force. In the last year, permits were issued for numerous constructions, and the investment intentions are even more. The latter belongs to a Sofia company for the construction of 46 single-family, 2-story houses.
The special feature of the project is that on the roofs of the properties in question, photovoltaic systems will be placed for own needs and sale.
The scheme of sale of the houses, which will be located near the village of Aldomirovtsi (Slivnitsa), will be phased commissioning according to the interest of the buyers
The buildings will be located at a minimum distance of 3 meters from the boundaries of neighboring properties. It is planned that the houses will have an area of 200 sq.m. The entire complex will have an area of 23,896 sq.m. territory, which has changed status from agricultural land category 7 to land for “residential development”.
It is also clear from the investment proposal that it is planned to build internal infrastructure in the complex with alleys, sidewalks and landscaping.
It is possible to allocate a place for parking motor vehicles, including charging stations for electric vehicles.
