Two companies – EnduroSat and Chaos have acquired the building of the former “Alfa Bank” on Blvd. “Tsarigradsko Shose“ against EUR 20 million. The deal was implemented with financing from “Unicredit Bulbank”.
„We have specific plans for the development of the space sector and this building will be strategically important for the fulfillment of our goals". This is what Raicho Raichev, one of the owners of EnduroSat, said. More details will be presented in September. The month will be saturated in terms of presenting the future vision of iconic capital buildings. On the 19th, details will also become clear about the gradual change of the Center.
„The market is dominated by proprietary transactions. Mainly local investors are active, who see opportunities for acquisitions in the absence of competition from large international funds," says the managing partner of Cushman&Wakefield Forton (the consulting company through which the purchase and sale was implemented) Yavor Kostov, quoted by “Mediapool” .
The building is located on “Tsarigradsko shose“ blvd. №99, right in front of the “Faculty of Economics” of SU. After the building was put into operation, the BAS claimed that 1,651 square meters of its plot were illegally seized and started a series of cases that ended in 2021. A certain amount was paid. The building has been sitting empty ever since.
