The Government granted the National Company „Railway Infrastructure“ (NRIC) the management of 46 properties - public state property free of charge. They are located on the territory of the town of Dragoman, Sofia region. This will allow the implementation of a site of national importance „Modernization of the Sofia - Dragoman railway line, section Razdelen post Petarch - Dragoman“ from the project: „Modernization of the Sofia - Dragoman railway line, part of the Trans-European Railway Network“.
The Council of Ministers authorized the establishment of a refundable unlimited limited real right of passage/passage, on an area of 5,055 sq. m through the territory of a land plot located in the village of Dospey, Samokov municipality, Sofia region, with identifier 23039.6.34, owned by „Irrigation Systems" EAD. The establishment of the property right is in favor of „GBS-Imoti" AD, Sofia.
The government has given its consent to the sale of real estate owned by „Zeminvest“ EAD, Sofia. The sale of the assets will be carried out through an electronic auction, with the starting prices not being lower than the market value of the properties. The valuations have been prepared by an independent appraiser certified by the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria. „Zeminvest“ EAD is a commercial company with 100% state participation. The rights of the state as the sole owner of the company's capital are exercised by the Minister of Agriculture and Food.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to grant for management of a property - exclusive state property, representing the Archaeological Reserve “Ancient City of Nicopolis ad Istrum”, having the status of an archaeological reserve with the category “national significance“ and included under No. 12 in the Annex to Art. 50, para. 3 of the Cultural Heritage Act “List of Archaeological Reserves“, with a method of permanent use “as an architectural monument of culture”, described in detail in the Act on Exclusive State Property No. 1831 of August 12, 2024”, to the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo District for a period of 10 years. Activities related to the preservation of immovable cultural value, as well as the implementation of other scientific, cultural, educational and tourist activities will be carried out by the Regional Historical Museum - Veliko Tarnovo, in accordance with the requirements of the Cultural Heritage Act. The relations between the museum and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo will be regulated by a contract.
The Government has provided the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency with a property for free management that is not used by the State Aviation Operator. In this way, access to the terrain of the future border veterinary control base, which will inspect goods arriving by air, is ensured. The property is located in the “Slatina” area within the boundaries of “Vasil Levski“ Airport Sofia.
