The first sod of the “Industrial Zone Zagore“ was laid in the village of Elenino. The zone is expected to be ready within 1 year and provide jobs for nearly 1,000 people. The plans are to attract investments worth 500 million leva. The scale of the investment makes it key for the development of the region.
The investment in the “Industrial Zone Zagore“ is 17.3 million leva. It includes the construction of infrastructure and communications. Of this amount, 14 million leva are provided by the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan under the АтрастІнвестВГ program.
“With the new venture not only are we expanding the “Industrial Zone Zagore“, but we are also creating real conditions for investments and long-term economic development. Over 330,000 sq.m. of the territory have been allocated to investors“, said Radoslav Tanev, executive director of the zone.
