The accused in the triple murder in the village of Lyulyakovo - 25-year-old Fahri Mustafa, remains in custody. This was decided by the Burgas District Court today, bTV reports.

The young man is accused of having deliberately killed his mother, sister and aunt, as well as of attempting to murder his minor brother.

The prosecutor's office has charged him with premeditated murder with multiple aggravating circumstances. The murder was premeditated, the state prosecution is categorical.

The perpetrator of the act is not registered as mentally ill and has no criminal record, but there is a risk of him absconding. In court, the perpetrator refused to plead guilty and denied having a weapon.

The murders were committed in a particularly painful way for the victims, with particular cruelty and in conditions of domestic violence, as well as with a means dangerous to the lives of many – with a firearm.

The case dates back to October 21 in the village of Lyulyakovo, Burgas region.

In August, an Order for Immediate Protection from Domestic Violence was issued against the accused and his father, prohibiting them from approaching their relatives at a distance of no less than 50 meters, the state prosecution announced.

Despite the imposed restriction, in the dark of October 21, Fahri Mustafa broke into their home, breaking a window and passing through it.

The accused was armed with a rifle and a knife. According to initial data, the murders were committed with the firearm, with which a total of 7 shots were fired over a period of about two minutes.
