A 39-year-old man has been arrested for raping a minor. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
It is for sexual intercourse with a minor, deprived of the opportunity for self-defense and without his consent. The proceedings were initiated in the Rila Regional State Administration on Tuesday, the Kyustendil Regional State Administration announced.
According to the investigation, the perpetrator of the act has been identified - a 39-year-old local resident, and was subsequently detained with a police warrant. The work on the case continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
