A dispositional hearing against Vasil Bozhkov will be held in the Courthouse, NOVA reported.
He is accused of participating in an organized criminal group. On May 28, the businessman was released on bail of BGN 130,000.
Bozhkov is accused in several cases - for non-payment of fees, for incitement to murder, as well as for illegal possession of cultural and historical values. Last summer he returned to Bulgaria after spending three years in the United Arab Emirates.
