A new attempt to start the case about the death of a 15-year-old boy on the capital's "Gurko" street. The defendant for the crime is 37-year-old Petar Todorov.
He is accused of drunkenly ramming his car and killing 14-year-old Philip on the spot, who was crossing General Gurko Street on a crosswalk. The case is from September last year.
According to experts in the case, Todorov was driving at about 88 kilometers per hour and with 2.1 percent alcohol in his blood, NOVA reported.
