The well-known Aytos moneylender Lyutvi Mehmedaliyev Kyutyuka, whom the Ministry of Internal Affairs is investigating for property fraud, threatened one of the police witnesses with death, he himself said. “Do you know what awaits you? A path to the other world awaits you. I will destroy you. "I will liquidate you," Kyutyuka said on the phone to 91-year-old Dimitar Kamilarov.
According to him, the conversation took place on Saturday evening at 19:49, shortly after “Flagman” described how Kyutyuka has been keeping the sick but wealthy 91-year-old Dimitar Dimitrov with him for 6 months and has started transferring his properties to relatives and friends.
Kamilarov and Dimitrov are colleagues and friends. One Dimitar took care of his sick namesake until February of this year, when Kyutyuka learned of his existence and took him to an unknown place. Almost immediately, Dimitrov lost his own apartment in the center of Burgas, which was transferred to Kyutyuka's son-in-law. And Mehmedaliev's friend – Stancho Stanchev, on the other hand, obtained a power of attorney to dispose of all the remaining properties of the sick elderly man. Notaries participated in the scheme, and the court also supported it. Dimitar Kamilarov is one of the witnesses questioned by the police in the case.
Before “Flagman“ Kutyuka said he did not threaten anyone. “This is nonsense. "You only write lies," he said. “ Mehmedaliyev called me twice. He was furious about the article and only threatened me. He said he was going to kill me. "He really can do it," said grandfather Dimitar. When Kutyuka called, Kamilarov was not alone and put the conversation on speakerphone for everyone to hear.
At the same time, Mehmedaliyev, who has already been convicted of property fraud once, categorically refused to allow the Flagman.bg team to visit grandfather Dimitar Dimitrov to make sure that the man is alive and that he is being adequately cared for. “What kind of person are you to see him?“, said Kutyuka.
