Another case of aggression. Youths with black hoods and masks attacked two minors in a 24-hour shop in the capital's "Lyulin" district. According to eyewitnesses, the attackers are football hooligans.

Sunday evening. A group of youths wearing black jackets, hoods and masks burst into a 24-hour shop.
"I saw over ten people running in the streets with masks and hoods. Young boys apparently without being able to determine age".
The group attacks two boys who are shopping in the store. One of them was taken outside where he was beaten and stripped, the other boy was also stripped and security camera footage shows him being punched hard in the head and nearly falling to the ground.
The man who tells about the case is one of the people who sees the boys covered in blood. He wishes to remain anonymous because he is afraid of being attacked.
"An unpleasant sight. They were waiting for the police, they were waiting for an ambulance.
It's all over in a few minutes, and the attackers retreat quickly.
"They were at the CSKA - Ludogorets match, they were fans of Levski. They were waiting for them. They were attacked. Another boy has a broken head. They were wearing CSKA t-shirts. They stripped them naked because of that, and the others I think were fans of "Levski".
According to the group, it also carried out other attacks that evening.
"An elderly man who was at the tram stop was also beaten".
The SDVR stated that the mother of one of the boys filed a report with the police. They are looking for the attackers from there. The version is being checked whether they are part of football propaganda and whether they are minors.
According to psychologist Ivan Igov, the growing aggression among teenagers, hidden behind masks, hoods and black jackets, is an alarming signal.
"Usually the children who create these groups are children who somewhere at school or in the family feel like losers, but gathered in a group there they are already different. The individual and the group are two different things. They feel stronger, they feel more significant. To humiliate the other, to feel important because you humiliated someone else. And the fact that the other is weaker and defenseless does not make you greater", comments the psychologist Ivan Igov.
According to the psychologist, abusers should be worked with and not simply isolated. According to Igov, the lack of measures by the state will have consequences in society.
"Since the state has not done its job, this is exactly what will happen. A shift of violence from school to the street, out on the web, will begin. There, the violence is also big enough", Ivan Igov also said.
According to Igov, the problem of violence among teenagers can be solved with a comprehensive state policy.
