On Monday at around 3:45 p.m., 1st Burgas Police Department received a report of the theft of a "Mini Cooper" car, used by a 49-year-old Russian citizen. The car was stolen from an underground parking lot located in block 152 in the "Lazur" residential area.
As a result of the immediate and targeted operational-search actions during the investigation, conducted by officers of the "Criminal Police" department at the Burgas Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs and the Burgas Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs, together with officers of the Varna Regional Directorate of Internal Affairs, the car was found on the territory of Varna.
Many pieces of evidence were seized, and the perpetrator of the act was detained – This is an 18-year-old criminally active and convicted man from Shumen. The work on the complete documentation of the crime continues.
