Two men made a civil arrest of a bus driver with a Ukrainian registration who was driving drunk on the Burgas - Varna road. On Sunday evening, they noticed his risky driving, called 112 and stopped the vehicle until the police arrived.
When a police team arrived, it was found that the 51-year-old Ukrainian driver was driving with 2.73 per mille of alcohol in his blood. He was detained, having refused to give blood for chemical analysis. An expedited investigation has been initiated into the case.
