On November 16 at 6:00 p.m. at the House of Cinema we look at the winner of the “Golden Palm” for a short film from this year's Cannes – the co-production between Croatia, Bulgaria, France and Slovenia “The Man Who Couldn't Be Silent Anymore”. The film, directed by Nebojsa Sliepčević, tells the story of the events of February 27, 1993 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, when a passenger train from Belgrade to Bar was stopped by paramilitary forces as part of an ethnic cleansing operation. As they remove innocent civilians from the train, only one of the 500 passengers dares to oppose them. The first screening of the film will be accompanied by a meeting with the director Nebojsa Sliepcevic and the team from the Bulgarian side – producer Katya Trichkova, Geo Karl Pavlov - costume designer, Sofia Zhecheva - assistant sound engineer, Kristina Samsarova - associate producer, Ivan Andreev - sound design and mix.
