British actor Noel Clarke, known for his role as Mickey Smith in the series "Doctor Who", has been arrested on charges of attempted rape, which allegedly took place in 2007, The Times reported.
According to the newspaper, the arrest was made on February 10 at a police station. The 50-year-old actor, who also starred in the films "Coming of Age" (2008) and "Star Trek: Into Darkness" (2013), arrived there by prior arrangement and was accompanied by a lawyer.
The charges against Clarke were brought by a woman who was in her 20s in 2007 She claims the actor committed unlawful acts against her.
The police also questioned Clarke on charges of voyeurism - sexually observing or filming a person without their consent. He was previously arrested in this case in September 2025.
