Norway's Oslo airport temporarily suspended landings early this morning after a report of drones being spotted nearby, Reuters reports, News.bg reports.
Several arriving planes were delayed or diverted after police received a report around midnight that a Norwegian Air pilot had spotted three to five drones during an approach to the airport.
The information remains unconfirmed for now, but all operations at the airport have now resumed, authorities said.
In recent weeks, European aviation has been repeatedly put under pressure due to drone sightings and airspace violations. Similar incidents were reported at airports in Copenhagen, Oslo and Munich, prompting additional checks and security measures.
