The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that rescue teams continue to work in Ternopil, where the whereabouts of 22 people have not yet been established. He published the information on Thursday morning on his Telegram channel, Interfax-Ukraine reports, quoted by Focus.

According to him, rescue operations continued throughout the night and are still ongoing. Over 230 employees from nine Ukrainian regions are involved in the search. In some areas, operations are being carried out only manually due to the serious destruction and fragmented structures, which significantly complicates the work.

„As of this minute, 26 victims have been confirmed, including three children. "I express my condolences to the relatives of the deceased. I thank everyone who works at the scene almost around the clock - rescuers, medics, police officers. It is important for our citizens to know that despite the Russian attacks and all the terror, help always comes," Zelensky stressed.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the strike killed 26 people, including 3 children, injured 93, including 18 children, and 46 people were pulled out alive from the rubble.
