At least four members of the leadership of the radical Sunni group Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya were killed in an Israeli airstrike over Beirut, Al-Hadath reported.
There are no reports yet of injuries in the attack.
The strike targeted several floors of a residential building in the Aishat Bakar neighborhood, where the Islamists' office was located.
Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya is considered an ally of the Shiite organization Hezbollah and is involved in operations against Israel.
