A pilot died in a light plane crash near Tampa, Florida, CBS News reported.
According to the news agency, the Cessna plane took off early on the morning of April 19 local time and crashed under unclear circumstances at around 8:35 a.m. (15:35 Bulgarian time).
The crash caused a fire in the backyard of a residential building, and the building itself suffered minor damage.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident.
A report on the case will be published within 30 days.
