The US House of Representatives voted separately on military aid packages for Ukraine, Israel and the Indo-Pacific region, which includes Taiwan. Aid to Taiwan has already been approved today.
The three packages are part of a single bailout bill totaling $95 billion. The aid is on the proposal of the government of the American President Joe Biden.
