The Polish Air Force, along with its allies, took to the skies for the second time in 24 hours in response to what was described as "intense actions by the Russian Federation". The Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Poland shared this news on the social network X, underscoring the continued vigilance and readiness of allied forces in the face of Russia's actions.
"In the south-eastern part of the country, an increased level of noise may appear, as Polish and allied aircraft have begun to fly in the airspace," the command's announcement, quoted by Focus, states.
It is added that "the long-range aviation of the Russian Federation has again launched missile strikes on Ukraine", which is why "all necessary procedures are underway to ensure the safety of Polish airspace", as quoted by Focus.
