Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico took his first trip outside Bratislava since returned to his duties after the assassination attempt in May, the Associated Press reported, quoted by BTA.
The Prime Minister, accompanied by Agriculture Minister Richard Takacs, visited a farm in the village of Slovenska Nova Ves, which is located northeast of the Slovak capital.
In a brief statement, Fico said Slovakia was not ready to lift the ban on imports of agricultural products from Ukraine and thanked those working in the Slovak agricultural sector for their work.
During his visit, he moved with a cane and did not speak to journalists.
On May 15, Robert Fico was shot while greeting his supporters in the town of Handlova, which is located 140 kilometers northeast of Bratislava.
