Since then, he has arrived every night at the venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a bandaged ear and been given a standing ovation by the audience.
On Monday, Trump was officially nominated as the Republican Party's presidential candidate for the November election.
Today, according to the program, he is scheduled to deliver a speech, which is traditionally the closing speech of the four-day event.
On Saturday, a young man fired multiple shots at Trump at a campaign event in the state of Pennsylvania. Trump narrowly escaped the shooting, but one person was killed and two others were seriously injured. Secret Service agents eliminated the shooter.
