The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army, General Oleksandr Syrsky, published up-to-date information on the fighting on the Eastern Front on social networks. He spoke about heavy fighting near Krasnogorovka and Pokrovsk. Russian forces continue attacks on Stelmakhivka, Makeyevka and the islands on the left bank of the Dnieper River. The general stressed that the Russian side continues offensive operations, not particularly caring about the losses of manpower, reports News.bg.
Syrsky stressed that in order to stop the enemy's advance, Ukrainian forces must use effective fire against the enemy's main forces and reserves. Also important is the comprehensive training of troops, the use of combat drones and the mastery of new techniques for destroying enemy drones. According to him, the use of FPV drones occupies a central place in the Ukrainian combat strategy.
The general noted the importance of high-quality training of all categories of servicemen and headquarters to increase combat capabilities and minimize losses. The check of the readiness of the reserves includes the use of drones to simulate enemy actions, which allows soldiers to learn how to deal with this dangerous weapon.
