According to the authorities, at 05:40 local time (coincides with Bulgarian time) on September 13, the "Eastern" overpass bridge was hit. and its supports, administrative buildings and energy facilities were damaged.
Even late in the evening, around 10:30 p.m., another hit destroyed the bridge.
Movement on it is now impossible.
